These things are kind of amazing and super simple! You can make these easy Christmas cookies in 10 minutes and with only 3 ingredients. Told ya they were simple.
What you need:
- Rolos (You can replace rolos for any mini candy bar- snickers, Hershey kiss, Reese peanut butter cups)
- Colored M&M’s
- Square pretzels
Place cookies sheet in the oven for 5 minutes at 225 degrees…
After 5 minutes, place a pecan on top and smash the rolo (or whatever candy bar)
Let them sit for 5 minutes (or until your patience is up 🙂 and enjoy!
p.s pleas use tin foil, it makes clean up so much easier!

Did you try baking these with the pecans first, then smashing? Just curious because I've discovered that heating pecans changes something in the nut and improves the taste.

Jamie, yet another nut free version.. one of my friends at work makes them with a Kiss and presses an M&M; into the top before they cool. (One can never have too much chocolate!!)

I LOVE these and make them alot! The only thing I do different is to make them with cashews….mmmmm yummy!
