Office Depot currently has rulers on sale for 1 cent each… ONE PENNY. And you can only get 5 at a time! Something had to be done. I am teaching a new elective this year called AVID. I’m excited about teaching it, and since it is going to be a small class…I decided to give each student a little welcome back gift. If you would like it, just double click and save to your desktop and print!
Our school colors are blue and gold, so I made mine a little different. And I didn’t think about adding the ruler graphic until after I had printed mine! These could be fun to give a teacher too, just sayin’.
- 10 2 pocket, 3 prong folders for one cent each= .10
- 5 rulers for one cent each= .5
- 5 composition notebooks are .25 cents each= 1.25
- 2 reams of printer paper are one cent each (with mail in rebate!)= .02
TOTAL= $1.47
All of this for $1.47… can’t beat that.
These deals end on Saturday, August 20, 2011. The mail in rebate was pretty simple, here is mine. The rebate has to be postmarked 9/10/2011!
