The cheesy heart day goodness continues today with these origami Star Wars valentines crafted up by my real life friend, Miranda! Miranda, who also lives in Austin, TX, opened an online store with handmade goods called Live Free Creative. Oh and if you’re looking for more valentines sayings, don’t miss this post with 150+ valentine ideas paired with small treats.
DIY Star Wars Valentines:
Happy almost February! I’m Miranda from Live Free Creative, and am excited to share some simple DIY Star Wars Valentine’s with you today!
Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to bust out the geeky love, isn’t it? With two school-aged boys, it seemed inevitable that our family would be huge Star Wars fans. When brainstorming what simple DIY Valentine’s we could make for them to pass out in their classrooms this year, I imaged some awesome Jedi Robes wielding Pixy Stix light sabers.
After a few rounds of folding and experimenting, I hit on the perfect dimensions to make the mini Jedi’s stand up with their weapons, ready to defend truth and right with the force. Adding some cheesy Star War’s Valentine messages to the inside of the robes makes them intentional and ready to give to friends. The Force is Strong with You is a pretty high Jedi compliment, and Be My Jedi really couldn’t get sweeter.
I whipped up a free printable for these Jedi Robe Valentines that you can download over on my blog, where you’ll also find the full step-by-step instructions.
{Check out this post from Live Free Creative for the free printable and instructions}
Thanks for having me, Jamie! May the force be with all of you this Valentine’s Day!

Cute and easy – two of my favorite requirements in a project! 😉 I already have Valentine’s taken care of but pinning this for possible use on May the 4th. They’re too cute not to use somewhere!
