Note: This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of BABYBJÖRN’s Baby Carrier One.
First, I promise this blog is not turning into a mom blog all about my little bambino, for that, you can follow me on instagram, ha! But, since I’m now officially 6 months pregnant, and I had to register, and I even have one official baby shower planned, I’m trying to figure out all of these baby contraptions and what I really need. I figure some of y’all are in the same boat, so since I’m an over-sharer by nature, I’m spilling the beans about the BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier One today. I’m all about simple, and you can use this sucker from newborn to 3 years old (or 33 lbs). That’s why they call it the One, since it’s the only one you’ll need! Oh and just for the record, I can still officially see my toes and my belly button is basically still an innie. It kind of pops in and out, which super creeps me out, see:
If you’re new here, check out these posts all about baby Dorobek and the DIY nursery: Spilling the beans, 10 nursery must haves, Painting the igloo, Bambino gets a crib, and the great rug hunt. The nursery is not complete, but that’s the story so far!
Since Andy and I are baby newbies, I decided it would be a fun game to just hand him the device and see if he can figure it out. This little test will really determine how easy this sucker is to use. I handed him the thing, he inspected it, and then put over his head like a sweater. Then, the little manual just happen to pop out, perfect timing! The mini manual is attached to the front of the carrier and shows you all 4 ways to wear it.
You can see mama, baby, and BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier One in action in this video. She’s impressive, you have to check out the front to back switcheroo starting at :45 sec! You can put the baby on your back all by yourself. I feel like I’m gonna need to do that a lot.
Here are my favorite features of the BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier One:
1. It folds up super small for easy travel.
2. You can use it from newborn to 33 lbs! And you don’t need an infant insert.
3. Because of the satin waist lining, you can switch baby from front to back position all by yourself. This is the only product that can do this!
4. There are four carrying options: three front carry positions and one back carry position. I’m pretty sure my baby likes options.
5. It is the first carrier from BABYBJÖRN to offer a back carry position.

I think this would come in super handy at the zoo. Also the mall and just on the weekends
I would give the carrier to a friend who is pregnant and keep the Kindle for myself. Thanks so much for the giveaway!
It would be perfect for my sister in law who is due next month!
I just found out that I am pregnant (after four years of trying and three unsuccessful pregnancies)….and this one is going great so far! I am cautiously getting excited and would love to have this ready for my new baby!
I’d use it for my dog, or maybe give it to my niece who is about to have her 3rd child.
It would be perfect for my close friend expecting a bundle in March!
I would use it for my future child. My husband and I are currently in the “trying phase”!
i bought an ergo, but i’m really thinking this would have been a better choice, at least now that she’s a 10 month old.
Wow. I had never heard of that. I got a regular baby bjorn with my first and used it through all my kids to now with baby 5, I’ve loved it so much I never shopped around again. I had no idea they now made one for bigger kids. That is awesome.
just found out #3 is on the way and have always wanted one of these!
I would give it to my friend Rori who is having a baby in February. She won’t find out if it’s a boy or girl and it’s driving all of us crazy.
I’d use it to carry around my new baby boy due in March!
I’d carry my new grandbaby
My first baby is due any day, so I’d love to have a Baby Bjorn!
I have a newborn and a 3 yr old… got to have the baby bjorn and the kindle would be a great friend during the endless feedings 🙂
I’d give it to my newly pregnant friend!
Wow, this would be awesome to win! My daughter loves when we hold her-it makes it hard to get the chores done.
Sounds like exactly what I myself will need soon! I am 7 months pregnant at the moment and doing exactly what you’re doing right now – trying to figure out all the ins and outs of being a first-time mom! 🙂 I have a feeling that I will be turning my own blog (which is mostly Book / Product Review blog) into a baby blog pretty soon, too 😉 Great review! Thanks for the giveaway 🙂
I love Bjorns! I would love to use this one for my newborn. They surely make things a little easier 🙂
I would use the Baby Bjorn for my little one to carry her around the house.

Ooh la la! I would love to carry a bebe in this…! 🙂
I would be using this for my next little one- he’s debuting in april or may. I had the old baby bjorn and liked it for the first couple months with my last one but afterwards I switched to something that looked alot like this.. but I have to figure something out for the next one because I guess I need a newborn insert for my other one. Thanks for the giveaway!
If I win, I will send it to my friend in China who is about to have her first baby! But I will keep the Kindle Fire ;).
This would be a great gift for my best friend who has her hands full with a newborn AND a 18 month old!!
Your bump is too cute!!
Nice giveaway. My brother and his wife could really use the Baby Bjorn carrier and I’ll keep the Kindle Fire.
Thanks.
I’d give it to my sister in law to use with my new baby neice!
