This isn’t exactly a craft, but I think it is a neat way to store post cards …and post cards a fun, inexpensive, souvenirs to keep from your travels… (what do you collect when you travel?)
My grandmother recently gave me a shoe box of postcards, some date as far back as 1940’s! The postcards are all places that my dad’s family traveled/camped at as a child. I loved the postcards, but wasn’t sure how to preserve/store these little treasures. I bought a large pre-made frame 50% off at the Hob (Hobby Lobby :)–Don’t EVER pay full price or anything at the Hob, it will go half off within 2 weeks! Then, I had them cut a mat, and used double sided sticky tape to tape the postcards to the cardboard backing of the frame. Then, brought it back to the Hob and they framed it up nicely.

This is splendiferous! 😀 I'm trying to do the same thing with my Hardrock pin collection! It just makes for a great artistic addition to the house. 🙂

Love it! We inherited a box full of old stamps and I framed them up in 3 large frames also. Your frame looks great!

Found your site from a May Tuesday Tag-Along.
What a great way to show off postcards. Since I collect them I will have to think about this in the future.
