3rd place- Leg Lamp and Ralphie Costumes
The third place winners of a deliciously dense fruit cake were the Christmas Story couples costumes were Leg Lamp and Ralphie from the CHristmas Story. Get your very own Ralphie costume here. The leg lamp costume is a black dress complete with a lamp shade around the waist and black net stockings.
2nd place- Jingle Balls and Feel the Joy
Second place was awarded to “Jingle Balls” and “Feel the Joy”, ha! Sadly, I did not get a good shot of the couple, but here is Claire’s cute costume along with 2 other festive ideas! Claire made her outfit out of a red snuggie! You know what I’m talkin’ about! And her husband was in red footed pajama attire with “Jingle balls” in a certain location!
1st place- Stockings hung by the chimney with care and Stuck Santa
And last but not least, the grand prize winners of the shake weight trophy went to this cute couple dressed as- Stockings hung by the chimney with care and Santa Claus stuck in a chimney. I mean he had an iPad in his sweater with a working fire! Oh and the bricks are red Duck Tape. Gotta love that.
4. Christmas Wrappers
Being the judge of this contest would have been hard. I mean what about the Christmas Wrappers? Gold chains and sunglasses plus a wrapping paper cane? Epic.
5. Mr. and Mrs. Elvis Claus
Or how about the host and hostess with the mostess, AKA Mr. and Mrs. Elvis Santa!
I was a bad picture taker. But, I did get a pic of this awesome “ginger bread” house made out of Shiner Cheer boxes by Becky herself! The chimney is a beer bottle. Genius! And the Christmas tree with Shiner bottle cap ornaments?! Love.
6. DIY Candy cane and Christmas tree costumes
