Linda is here to share some clever ideas for using cupcake liners! Be sure to come back later this afternoon for another tutorial for recycled gift wrap ideas by my real life friend, Kristen!
I’m so excited to be here on Jamie’s blog to share a fun gift wrapping idea today! Before we get started, let me introduce myself real quick. My name is Linda and I’m the craft addict behind Craftaholics Anonymous®, a craft and DIY decor blog. My team and I share all kinds of craft tutorials to inspire your every day creativity!
Ok, so I LOVE cute cupcake liners! And I sort of hoard them….errr, I mean, collect them. {hehe} So to justice my collection, I like to find fun ways to craft with them. So of course, here is a fun way to use those adorable Christmas cupcake liners in your holiday gift wrapping this year.
Cut a 2″ circle of white card stock with a hole punch. Then fold 6-7 mini cupcake liners into fourths.
Hot glue the folded wrappers around the card stock circle overlapping slightly.
Then hot glue a 1″ card stock circle to the center to label whose gift it is. I just used the first initial, and then layered it on top of a paper doily. {I used my Epic die cutter for to cut the doily}. You can then place the cupcake liner bow directly onto your gift and add ribbon for a finishing touch.
It was so fun to be here today! Jamie is awesome, isn’t she?! I’ve met her a couple times at conferences and she’s a cutie. Come on over to Craftaholics Anonymous® for loads of crafting inspiration and tutorials!
