I did this post for Taylor Made’s Craft Room Series awhile back. There are lots of good tips and ideas to check out. First of all, my craft room’s real name is the MP room. MP stands for multi purpose room. It is the craft room, office, and guest bedroom all in one. Although, it is a super functional room (LOVE my Good Will shelf makeover), I’m not in love with it’s current look. Mainly the uber bright yellow walls. It was an accident to paint the ceiling (blue tape mishap). But, I just can’t bring myself to buy more paint and spend more time to paint over perfectly fresh walls (and ceiling). On the up side… it is bright and cheery in here!

OH, ours is definitely MP! But it is so disorganized that my husband won't even use it and it's off limits to the kids! Bad. My husband just got home today from a trip and I have already bombarded him with my ideas to redo the space! Your post was perfect timing for me!
Right now, my craft space is in our unfinished basement. We are getting ready to finish the space so I will be crafting in random places around the house until our MP room is done down there.
