Share the Love was a 5 year long series that happend every January through Valentine’s Day. I teamed up with my favorite bloggers and shared free printable valentine cards for all to use. It all started with this fun list of 150+ Valentine sayings. This year, I’m brining back some of my favorite Valentine free printable cards. First up, “Don’t ever change, Valentine” complete with chocolate coins. Yum!
Here’s what you need to make the coin Valentines
- Chocolate coins (Here’s a great deal!)
- Scissors
- Card stock
- Stapler
- Mini zip locks
- Color printer
- Download the free printable “Don’t ever change, Valentine!”
Where can I find chocolate coins?
- Target Dollar Spot- Each pack had 7 coins for $1.
- Party Time- I recently saw that my local Party Time store sells individually wrapped chocolate coins for .10 cents each.
- Amazon- The easiest option is Amazon. Find gold chocolate coins here.
How to make Chocolate coin Valentines
If a kiddo can use scissors and a stapler, she can make these Valentines by herself! An alternative to chocolate coins, could be real coins.
Step 1- Download the free printable
To download the “Don’t Ever Change” free printable Valentine, just enter your name and email address below and the free file will be delivered to your inbox! The Don’t Ever Change Valentines come 5 to a page.
Step 2- Print
For best results, use white card stock to print the valentines.
Step 3- Cut
Cut around the dotted lines to make 5 Valentines.
Step 4- Fold and stuff
Simply, fold each Valentine in half over the dotted line. Then fill the small plsatic bag with a few coins and staple the bag topper over the bag.
Step 5- Write names
Have your kiddo fill out the “For and From” form on the back of the Valentine. Voila, adorable Valentines completed!
